In case you feel that you still need motivation to lose weight and keep it off, here are a couple ways to mold your routine and stay motivated:
- Your exercise plan needs to involve doing something that you enjoy. It doesn’t have to be punishment in order for it to be successful. Choose something that will keep your attention or try many different activities if necessary. The goal is to find something that you will want to do.
- Exercise at home if you like. It certainly saves time. Exercise where you are most comfortable. What’s important is that you do it, not where you do it. Fancy equipment or a workout room aren’t required either. Weights, a balance ball, and a mat do just fine. An exercise bike is a plus as well.
Whatever you do, try to make exercise fun. This is the key to getting started and sticking with it.
