How to Lose Ten PoundsWe think losing weight shouldn’t be as complicated, expensive, and risky as it seems. That’s why we’re excited to share these basic guidelines that anyone with a genuine desire to lose weight can follow.

These easy fat loss tips can help you easily lose ten pounds as you get started on the path to weightloss. They won’t cause confusion either: they are basic principles that have been successful over and over again.

3 Fat Loss Tips That Will Help You Lose Ten Pounds

  1. Avoid “white food.” This list includes pastas, many cereal products, cracker-like snacks, and of course white breads. Other foods in this category are flour, rice, potato products, and even processed milk and cheese products. However, it’s okay to eat some white foods like cauliflowers, fish, and chicken.
  2. Avoid drinks that have calories, sugar, or artificial sweeteners. Yes, that means soda! Limit coffee as well, and when you drink coffee do not user creamer (it’s white, remember?). You should drink half the weight of your body in ounces of water, or even more! This means that if you weigh 250 pounds, you should be drinking at least 125 ounces of water each day. This will truly jumpstart your fat loss program.
  3. The final tip is to avoid wheat products, and this includes whole wheat. It has to go. Check the ingredients of everything you’re planning to eat. If it contains wheat, then don’t eat it. Simple, right?

Following these rules will take some motivation and desire, but they are simple and straightforward. Once you have a proven set of rules on how to lose ten pounds it is no longer an unsolvable mystery. It just takes consistency, and you will be surprised at the progress you make in just a couple of weeks.

  1. These are all the things I do when I have put on a few extra pounds. One more tip I would add is to drink lots of water throughout the day, especially before meals. This helps flush out waste so you don’t get bloated and also helps you feel full sooner so you don’t eat as much.

  5. WOW! This sounds so easy. GIving up white should be a piece of cake (no pun intended)!! And bubbles. More water. Wheat? I never thought about it, but I’m sure it works! What does that leave (besides chocolate?)? fruit, vegies, fish, chicken? I can do this. Can you?
